Exactly 10 years of project launch. 2015-2025
There are Space Engineering engineers surveyed and measured the technical infrastructure around the old Van Thanh market around the end of 2009 – early 2010 which is still working at the company.
One of the first works, Space designed the Full MEPF system during its development after its establishment in 2008. Every time I pass the construction site, a lot of memories come back. There’s too much “SPACER” in this project. The project, which has been running stably for the past 10 years, is a demonstration of the design quality of the Space Engineering engineering team.
Some of the outstanding designs and high-end equipment of the Pearl Plaza building are as follows:
– The system of 10 high-speed Mitsubishi elevators.
– The lighting system is scientifically arranged according to CIBSE lighting standards from 300 Lux – 500 Lux.
– CCTV systems with the most modern technology observe 24 hours a day. Fire fighting systems in accordance with NFPA standards.
– Chiller Central System. Standby power with ATS technology ensures uninterrupted power supply.
– Scientifically arranged high-speed phones and Internet routing/transmission.
– The design with many decorative green trees creates a pleasant feeling.
– Walls, glass, and bulkheads with good soundproofing ensure quiet office space.
– Separate men’s/women’s restroom, available for the handicapped.
– European standard water purification system.
– Air quality efficiency according to US ASHRAE standards.
